Information submitted through the booking form will be treated confidentially and will only be accessed by Andrea Carson, RISE Counselling, unless disclosure is required by law or where there is a concern regarding serious risk of harm.
Enquiry information will be retained only for as long as necessary to manage your enquiry and comply with professional, legal, and insurance requirements. Information relating to individuals who do not proceed with counselling will be securely deleted within an appropriate timeframe.
